This Hand-Made work of art, which was designed by one of our own SouthEast Wisconsin Master Gardener Volunteers, Sandy Manning, has three dimensional fabric flowers, representing the state flowers of each state at the conference.  It will be on display at the conference registration table for your viewing pleasure.  This is a special raffle, tickets will be $5.00.
